last time before I Rebirth I got my str maxed and I got 211 atatck speed(base)

now I dont max my str and got 179 attackspeed(base) and I dont have statpoints anymore =.=
please fixed it....

So if I rebirth back I will not get the stat points back =.= so whats the purpose of doing it and rebirth and doesnt got the stats again.....
